Bands of Power are energetic belts intertwined around our physical body, in our energetic field and contain the essence of each element - Earth, Water, Fire, Air and Ether.
These belts strengthen our connection with nature and act as filters that break down negative and difficult energies and protect us on a physical and psychological level. In this way, we can be more present and available for life instead of living squeezed in fear, doubt and worry. The Black belt is intertwined with the Earth element and is black like humus, like the most fertile soil. It is the Earth in which we plant the seeds of what we are becoming, and it provides these seeds with all the necessary nutrients. The black belt of the Earth is located in the area of the sacral energy center and once it is active it flows downwards, towards the legs and protects the lower parts of the body. The Black belt allows us to connect with the Earth element within us, as well as with everything that exists outside of us. And to bow deeply to it, with the greatest respect.
The Red belt is intertwined with the element of Water. Red is the color of our blood, the water of our body, and water is the blood of our Mother Earth. It is water that feeds the seeds of what we are becoming in order for those seeds to germinate. The red belt of Water is located in the area of the solar plexus. The Red belt allows us to connect with the water within us - our blood, all fluids, tears, as well as with the water outside us - rivers, seas, oceans, lakes, rain.
The Golden belt is intertwined with the element of Fire. Fire is the element that gives warmth to the seed of our becoming, to grow after it germinates, to grow, to bear fruit. The Golden belt of Fire is located at the level of the heart, it protects the heart and shoulders. The Golden belt allows us to connect with the fire within us - our inner fire, the heat we produce, our strength, creative energy and passion, as well as the fire around us - the Sun, the lion at the center of the Earth. The Silver belt is intertwined with the element of Air. Air is the element that blows the seeds of our wisdom in all directions, to germinate in other locations and develop into a new plant. The Silver belt of Air is located at the level of the throat. The Silver belt allows us to connect with the air within us - with our breath, as well as with the air around us - the winds, with everything we breathe in and out.
The White belt is intertwined with the element of Ether, with pure Light. It is the ether that permeates and moves everything. Pure light, consciousness, mystery. The White belt allows us to connect with the ether within us - with our energy field, with consciousness, with our light as well as with light, consciousness and the wider energy field around us, with pure mystery.
